TAARP - The Corridors of Time - 7.0 Funding Requirements

7.0 Funding Requirements

The only cost that is required for the research program presented in this proposal is a stipend for myself. Any general reference sources in religion, history, psychology, mythology, etc., that are required can be found in public and university libraries. My own Occult library is quite extensive, and well suited to serve the requirements presented in Sections 5.0 through 6.7.

It would definitely be beneficial to visit various countries in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in order to observe firsthand the ancient remnants of early Western civilizations. It would also be beneficial to visit some of the museums in the United States and elsewhere which contain large collections of artifacts from these civilizations. These visitations, however, are in no sense a necessity. Necessary and sufficient conditions for accomplishing the research program are:

  1. The ready availability of reference materials in local libraries.
  2. The ready availability of my own Occult library.
  3. The opportunity to concentrate all of my energies on the Occult Sciences.

A stipend of $30,000.00 per year ($105,000.00 for three and one-half years) would permit me to continue the support of myself and my family without having to rely on any other means for income. Thus, I would be able to dedicate full time attention to the research program. I envision spending on the order of sixty-five hours a week on the various efforts required to satisfy the objective stated in Section 2.0, and the specific tasks presented in Sections 6.1 through 6.7. This number was arrived at by taking the sum of the average number of hours I currently work per week at my job as a physicist and the average number of hours I currently work per week on the Occult Sciences. My average weekly effort as a physicist is 50 hours, and my average weekly effort as an Occult scientist is 15 hours.

Any costs incurred for any reason such as the purchase of additional reference material, art supplies, transportation, special lodgings (see Section 6.6), and the production of documentation, including final documentation preparation, will be covered in the stipend.
