6.7 Phase VII Work Effort

      Pursuant to the objective stated in Section 2.0, and the approach discussed in Section 5.0, final documentation for the research program will be prepared-and delivered. A final briefing will also be prepared and delivered. The entire six-month period of Phase VII will be dedicated to preparation of the final documentation and briefing.

      As presented in Section 5.6, the first actions to be taken in the final documentation effort will be the preparation and execution of a plan to ascertain the most appropriate formats for assuring a wide reading/listening audience for the results of the research program. Subsequent to establishing conclusions based on the results of this plan, preparation of the final documentation and briefing will begin.
