TAARP - The Corridors of Time -
6.3 Phase III Work Effort
Phase III will be primarily involved with familiarizing myself on an experiential basis with the mythology of the ancient Egyptians. The specific piece of symbolism which will be used to accomplish this objective is the particular Cippus of Horus that is designated as the Metternich Stele*. As indicated in Appendix E, Figures 6, 8, and 9, I have already had a very powerful experiential encounter with the essence of the Metternich Stele.
Task A: Analytical Thinking and General KnowledgeThe history and mythology of ancient Egypt will be studied. This will require a good deal of effort because an understanding of the evolutionary processes that led to the creation of the pantheon represented in the Metternich Stele will be the focus of this study effort, and this will require developing an appreciation of the various key stages of mythological development in Egypt from the pre-dynastic period until 380 B. C..Task B: Artistic Creativity
Talismans and poetic incantations indicative of the times, customs, history, and Gods and Goddess of ancient Egypt will be created, and then utilized in the execution of the ritual of Task D.Task C: Meditation
The object of meditation will be the Metternich Stele itself, both the obverse and the reverse. This will be a difficult exercise due to the complexity of the Stele, but also due to this complexity it will be necessary to lay a solid foundation for the ritual to be performed in Task D. Meditative preparation will be of considerable benefit in the subsequent ritualistic effort to create a unified concept of the archetypal conglomerate represented on the stele.Task D: Ritual Magick
A ritual for the combined evocational and invocational phenomena which must occur in order for my conscious ego to become synergistically integrated with the archetypal content of the Metternich Stele will be designed and executed. As a consequence of the wide diversity of the mythological forms on the stele, this ritual will require a very fluidic and dynamic utilization of the creative imagination.Task E: Parapsychology
Again as with Task E of Phases I and II, observations concerning the correlations between any synchronistic events and my environment and individual state of being will be analyzed and documented.Task F: Documentation
Pursuant to the content of Task E from this phase of effort and those of Phases I and II, the plan for Task E of Phase IV will either be only to continue with the vigil to be aware of possible synchronistic events, or to begin to design rituals for specifically generating readily observable synchronistic phenomena.
An interim report and briefing will be prepared and delivered.
