TAARP - The Corridors of Time -
6.0 Schedule, Specific Work Tasks, and Deliverable Items
The schedule, specific work tasks, and deliverable items discussed in the following eight sections are based on a research program which is to span a three and one-half year time period broken down into seven six-month phases, and reflects a 7000 man-hour work effort. I fully expect to work an average of sixty-five hours a week on the research program (See Section 7.0). For scheduling purposes, however, I have assumed a work effort of forty hours a week, for fifty weeks a year, for three and one half years (40 x 50 x 3.5 = 7000). The schedule presented in Table 1 shows a one week delay from the end of each six-month phase of effort until work begins for the next six-month phase of effort. Thus a fifty week work year is the official plan of attack. Further discussion of Table 1 is given in Section 6.8 after a presentation of specific work tasks in Sections 6.1 through 6.7.
The three and one-half year research program that is delineated below is basically what I consider to be a reasonable plan for insuring the accomplishment of the objective presented in Section 2.0. I would like to say categorically, however, that I would seriously consider undertaking a less comprehensive project if availability of funds precludes support for the three and one-half year program.
The research program will be conducted in seven phases. The first six phases will cover the first three years and will involve the actual research work along with the preparation and delivery of interim briefings and interim reports at the end of each phase of effort. The seventh phase will be strictly dedicated to the preparation and delivery of final documentation and a final briefing.
The first six phases will each span a six-month time period. The preparation and delivery of an interim report and an interim briefing at the end of each six-month phase will summarize the progress and status of the research program and present plans for the subsequent six-month phase of effort.
The final phase will cover a six-month period and be dedicated strictly to the preparation and delivery of final documentation and a final briefing. As indicated in Section 5.6, Documentation, a plan will be developed and executed to determine the most appropriate format(s) for the final documentation in order to best satisfy the basic objective of the research program which is to widely disseminate accurate and easily understandable accounts of the Occult Sciences.
The following delineation of specific tasks for each of the seven phases of effort should be interpreted as an initial set of guidelines for directing a logical progression of events for the research program. This set of guidelines will be subject to review and possible change at the end of each phase of effort.
