5.6 Documentation
Since the primary objective of the research program addressed by this proposal is to create documentation which will attract the attention of as wide a public audience as possible to the credibility of and benefit to be derived from a proper involvement with the Occult Sciences, a plan will be developed to determine the best format or formats for the final documentation which will most likely insure the realization of this objective. A few examples of the items which would appear in this plan are: (a) consultation with publishing companies to determine the structure of a manuscript or manuscripts most likely to guarantee publication of a book or a series of books; (b) consultation with university departments in order to ascertain the best formats for speaking engagements; and (c) consultation with the editors of periodical magazines to obtain their advise on the best formats for papers submitted to them for consideration for publication as articles in their magazines.
Subsequent to the preparation of this plan and the conclusions drawn from the execution of the plan, the effort of preparing the final documentation will begin. Comprehensive and exhaustive notes will be taken and carefully organized throughout the period of the research program in order to insure an effective and efficient final documentation procedure. Furthermore, as specified in Section 6.0, periodic preparation and delivery of interim reports and briefings will be accomplished during the course of the research program. This will serve to insure that the program will be coherent, well organized, and efficiently executed.
I have had enumerable experience conducting and documenting research programs for the Department of Defense. I will maintain the high standards of excellence that are demanded by the aerospace industry, and to which I comply in my professional status as a physicist, in order to insure the successful completion of this research program.
