Block 12: The Corridors of Time (Itself), Section I

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1.0 OBJECTIVE

      The objective of this document is to convince an investor to fund me to demonstrate that I can "make money manifest" through parapsychological mechanisms that permit such actions as correctly predicting horse race winners, lottery numbers, and stock market trends.

2.0 FINANCIAL AND CONTRACTUAL ISSUES

2.1 The required funding is estimated to be between $10,000 and $100,000.

2.2 The estimated maximum time required for the demonstration is twelve (12) months.

2.3 I propose a joint venture in which an investor and I share 50/50 in all profits that we accrue in our lifetimes through the direct application of my parapsychological methods.

2.4 The funds that I am seeking are not to be paid to me as an income. I simply will be spending the investor's funds.

2.5 It is the responsibility of the investor to configure and propose to me:

1. The financial mechanism by which the investor's funds are to be made available to me for execution of the demonstration.


2. Any contractual documents the investor would like for us to jointly sign. (A handshake is good enough for me.)

3.0 BACKGROUND

3.1 I received a B.S. degree in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in September of 1968. From September of 1968 until March of 1994 I was a professional physicist in the Aerospace Business except for a three-year hiatus of drinking, smoking dope, and reading during the 1975 to 1978 time period. From July 1978 until March 1994 I worked for Calspan Corporation in Dayton, Ohio in the area of electronic countermeasures. I still consult for Calspan Corporation.

      Since 1970 I have been deeply involved in a personal investigation of the Universe that includes parapsychology as a key element. Some of the other key elements involved in this investigation are Jungian psychology, comparative religion, mythology, Magick, and Mysticism.

3.2 My Art Portfolio comprises Part II of this proposal. It should be interpreted as a White Paper that presents a unique approach to Parapsychology. Paragraphs 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 of Section 5 of My Art Portfolio directly address parapsychology. Section 5 of the Portfolio is an Old Research Proposal that I wrote in 1986. Parapsychology is one of five closely related issues addressed in this Old Research Proposal.

3.3 I have discovered that most people who have themselves done something very creative and/or significant in their lives, of which they are very proud and which to some significant degree is unique, are not automatically suspicious of another individual who is attempting to do something out of the ordinary, if that individual provides a reasonable demonstration of his capabilities and intent. This proposal is a very reasonable demonstration of my capabilities and intent. Upon reading this proposal, the investor I am looking for will immediately recognize my scientific knowledge and capability, my sincerity, and my inherit honesty and integrity. The 35mm color slides that form the core of My Art Portfolio demonstrate my creative ability.

3.4 The funding I am currently seeking is required for only one purpose. I must purchase certain services from select individuals in order to aid me in transforming myself into a state of Oneness with the Universe and maintaining that state for a sufficient period of time. Paragraph 4.5 on pages 25 and 26 of the Old Research Proposal will give some idea of the nature of these services. In the eight years that have elapsed since I wrote the Old Research Proposal, my knowledge and experience in parapsychology has matured considerably. In these eight years, on many occasions I have been able to consciously and judiciously create parapsychological situations in which small amounts of money "came forth". I am now very confident that I can move into the "Big Money Leagues".

      One of the main reasons why I have not yet advanced into the "Big Money Leagues" is that most of my time and energy for the last seventeen years has been spent working as a physicist in the Aerospace Business for Calspan Corporation. I am now only a consultant in the Aerospace Business, and therefore I can dedicate myself to acquiring great wealth through the parapsychological methods that I have developed over the last twenty years.

      The other main reason that I have not yet advanced into the "Big Money Leagues" is that the accruing of wealth was never the focus of my parapsychological research. I have primarily been involved with Magick for Magick's sake, which basically is the investigation of the Universe.

3.5 The following five stages of Research and Development are a common theme in the U. S. Aerospace Business:

1. Basic Research - "Goon Bang" Ph.D.'s and other creative individuals are involved with dreaming up ideas. Some of these ideas will prove to be "consistent and reasonable" in terms of purely theoretical criteria, and therefore may pass on for more practical study in Exploratory Research. Example: Yes, it makes sense with the known laws of physics that wind blowing around certain shapes of objects produce a higher pressure on one side of the object than on the other. Therefore, pass this idea on to Exploratory Research for more practical considerations.


2. Exploratory Research - Some of the ideas from Basic Research are studied in terms of the probability they have for practical benefits and practical exploration. Example: Yes, there is a reasonable probability that it is possible to move a structure through air so that the pressure differential idea from Basic Research can be exploited to make the structure fly through the air. Furthermore, it would be tremendously advantageous for many transportation applications if flying could be done. Therefore, pass this idea on to Advanced Research and Development for more practical considerations.


3. Advanced Research and Development - Some of the ideas from Exploratory Research are studied in terms of their probability for practical manifestation in the real, physical world. Example: Yes, it is possible to build a thing called an "Airplane" that can fly through the air. Materials have been manufactured and built into forms that have been tested in wind tunnels and flight tested in the real world. Airplanes can really fly. Therefore, pass this idea on to Engineering Development for more practical considerations.


4. Engineering Development - Some ideas from Advanced Research and Development are studied in terms of their ability to manifest in a suitably effective and efficient manner such that the objectives of the interested parties are satisfied. Example: Yes, after thorough flight testing of several prototype aircraft, Brand X has proven to be fast, maneuverable, and robust. Furthermore, it is now conclusively clear that it can be used to deliver bombs on our enemies resources, and it is cost effective to build and maintain. Therefore, tell the interested parties that Brand X is ready for Production.

      The simplistic and somewhat farcical example used here was chosen in order to clearly express the Aerospace research and development process to a wide audience of potential investors.

      One of the most clear-cut examples of the continuous flow of Aerospace research and development from Basic Research to Engineering Development began with basic researchers being instructed to study living, biological systems in order to discover concepts that could be utilized for military purposes, and ended with the incorporation into the U. S. Air Force inventory of weapons such as guided missiles with electro-optical seekers. The signal processing in some of these seekers is based to a large degree on concepts discovered in Bionics Basic Research. For example, the signal processing characteristics of the frog's eye/brain system that permit it to track flying insects against complex, "cluttered" backgrounds was exploited for missile seeker designs.

      After twenty years of personal research and development in parapsychology, I think I am just entering the stage of "Engineering Development" in terms of my ability to play in the "Big Money Leagues". Documented proof of this was lost two years ago when eighteen years worth of notebooks documenting my research and about fifteen years of my art went up in flames.

3.6 I am a scientist and will be quite interested in fully revealing my parapsychological methods to the investor subsequent to the end of the $100,000 (maximum) demonstration. The reason for delaying the revelation of all I know until the end of the demonstration is very simple. I must maintain a fairly strict posture of secrecy in order for my creative energies to coagulate to the level required for the demonstration to be successful. (This is meant in the same sense that an author will sequester himself like a hermit during the critical, creative period of writing.) In fact, I am already actively engaged in conducting the demonstration, and this hiatus into funding solicitation is "bursting my bubble" and causing the demonstration to become disjointed. Significant time and energy will be required to regain my composure, and to return to the introspective and meditative mood required for refined parapsychological experimentation.

      The primary reason I am currently searching for funds is that I am now convinced that I probably do not have enough money to purchase all of the services I need to adequately "prime the pump". Also, for a very specific esoteric reason I am fairly well convinced that I absolutely have to have a money partner in order to be successful. This esoteric reason deals with the fact that Hermes is not only the God of Magick, thieves, travelers, writing, and coins, but is also the Messenger of the Gods, and hence is ultimately concerned with the dissemination of learning and information. Aside from the fact that my primary motivation for acquiring wealth is my desire to establish an institute for the study of Magick, I think that Hermes may require the sincere interest of a money partner in order to better insure that His philosophy is propagated. He is a hard and demanding Taskmaster. My Art Portfolio provides numerous references which provide information on Hermes.

3.7 I am no longer interested in spending any time and energy verbally trying to convince an investor of the probability of success of my "money manifestation" demonstration. This proposal is quite self explanatory from the technical point of view if a little effort is put into the study of Part II (i.e., My Art Portfolio). The only things I am interested in discussing with a potential investor are:

1. His/her background, nature, and interests in life. I am very curious why he/she is potentially interested in being partners with me . However, it is fine with me if the investor wants to remain completely silent about himself/herself.


2. Any purely financial or legal matters, such as how funds will be made available to me, and what kind of contractual agreements are required. (A handshake is good enough for me.)

      If a potential investor would like to meet me, I would be happy to present myself at his/her locale for a "casual conversation about the weather" if travel expenses are paid in advance. If he/she prefers, he/she can come to my locale.

3.8 The following are very important:

1. I would much prefer to have an investor who is solidly behind me in spirit, as well as in dollars. I would like an investor whose experiences in life have demonstrated to him/her the realistic potential of what I propose. Note that this is a preference, not a requirement. Furthermore, I would prefer to have an investor who would conduct a small experiment on his/her own for twenty-two days and rely strictly on the results of the small experiment for his/her funding decision. I will delineate the small experiment to any serious, potential investor. The small experiment will require a minimum of one and one-half hours of the investor's time every day for twenty-two days. There will be required reading, required art work, and required recording of dreams. The investor does not have to have any recognized artistic ability, and the experiment will cost no more than about $50 for the investor to purchase two books and some art supplies. Abstinence from alcohol and drugs (except those prescribed by a physician) is required, along with mental and emotional stability. Since the small experiment involves the stimulation of powerful forces of the collective unconscious, these requirements are necessary in order for me to insure with a reasonably high probability the mental/emotional integrity of the investor. The proper execution of this small experiment by the investor will reveal to me and to the investor if he/she is the proper one to get involved in the adventure of the $100,000 (maximum) demonstration, which I will conduct without any (repeat, Without Any) participation or interference by the investor. Note that, in lieu of providing $10,000 to $100,000, the investor may simply provide the services of the individuals required for the proper performance of the demonstration that I will conduct. In order for this option to be seriously considered, however, it will be necessary to establish a clear set of guidelines on the utilization of the individuals.


2. I would much prefer an investor who would not be the slightest bit concerned if the $100,000 (maximum) demonstration was a complete failure. From a psychological standpoint, it would help me considerably in working on the demonstration if I did not have to be in the least concerned about the investor being under any stress if his $100,000 (maximum) investment brought no returns. It would be best to have an investor who literally viewed our project as an adventurous investigation into the Mysteries of the Universe. If this were the case, then it would be much easier for me "to lose myself" and let my primal, instinctual nature operate uninhibitedly. This "letting go" of the highly critical, analytical, self serving ego with its concern for future well being, is absolutely critical to establishing the state of Oneness with the Universe that is required for the manifestation of parapsychological synchronicity. (See pages 2 and 3 of the Old Research Proposal in My Art Portfolio for some salient comments on synchronicity.)

4.0 FINAL COMMENTS

4.1 I estimate that as a minimum, after spending $25,000, it will be fairly obvious whether or not it is worthwhile to continue with significant expenditure of funds on the "money manifestation" demonstration. I may not be as close to success in the "Big Money Leagues" as I think I am. Another few years of maturity and exploratory research on my part may be required to insure a reasonable utilization of an investor's funds. If this turns out to be the case, then when I am again ready to try a "high cost" demonstration, the investor will be given first option on "re-negotiating" a 50/50 agreement. Also, if this turns out to be the case, I will present the investor with a full, verbal account of my parapsychological methods, and the experimental procedures and results made possible by the $25,000 expenditure.

4.2 Anyone interested in the "real" reason for the existence of college fraternities and sororities may want to read the third volume of Joseph Campbell's four-volume work "The Masks of God". The title of the third volume is "Occidental Mythology", and in it Campbell does a beautiful job of explaining the primary purpose of the Mystery Religions of the ancient world, which is to initiate the individual into the Mysteries of Nature. This initiation is no game. When properly executed, it transforms the individual into a higher level of complexity. The "real" reason for fraternities and sororities is to familiarize the modern, educated population with the idea of initiation into the Mysteries of Nature. For those individuals who, by their very nature, are amenable to transcending to an advanced evolutionary state, this familiarization will encourage them to seriously pursue the Magickal/Mystical Path at some point in their lives.

4.3 Let us never forget that the meek will never inherit the earth. The Almighty Creative Spirit of the Universe is not only a compassionate Essence, but is also a Mighty Warrior. Success, victory, triumph, force, and fire are just as important to evolutionary survival mechanisms as are love, understanding, and compassion. Too much of the former is associated with cruelty, ignorance, overkill, waste, and exhaustion. Too much of the latter is associated with weakness, dependence, laziness, apathy, waste, and corrosion. Successful evolutionary survival mechanisms manifest a finely tuned balance between these opposing factors.

4.4 Religious bigots of any variety are not invited to respond to this solicitation. (This of course really does not need to be stated because this proposal will be nothing but anathema to any variety of religious bigot. In fact, this proposal is guaranteed to upset religious bigots, who are by definition moral and intellectual cowards or are morally and intellectually lazy.)
