C 1.0 Introduction

      Section C2.0 of this appendix presents the third attempt by TAARP to analytically execute the correct separation of the 60-Item Perdurabo/TAARP Data Base into the three classes of High PHENOMENON, Medium PHENOMENON, and Low PHENOMENON. The third attempt involves applying a set of orb and aspect weights to the planetary pair aspect makeup of each of the 60 geocentric planetary configurations. Appendix B should be reviewed prior to reading Appendix C.

      Section C3.0 of this appendix presents a method for optimizing a set of aspect and orb weights in order to try to get a better classification of the 60 geocentric planetary configurations into High, Medium, and Low PHENOMENON classes than was accomplished in the third analysis attempt.

      The 60 geocentric planetary configurations do not include Pluto.
